Our main office is located in the heart of Bristol, easily accessible by public transport and with nearby parking options. We've designed the space to be welcoming and private, recognizing that discussing benefits can feel personal.
While we're based in Bristol, we serve clients throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Most of our work can be conducted remotely via email, video calls, and postal correspondence, meaning you don't need to visit our office unless you prefer face-to-face consultations.
For those who do wish to meet in person, we have private consultation rooms where you can discuss your situation confidentially. We're happy to accommodate accessibility requirements – just let us know what you need when arranging your visit.
Finding Us
By Public Transport
Bristol Temple Meads station is a 15-minute walk or short bus ride. Several bus routes stop within two minutes of our office on Colston Avenue. The office is also easily reached from Bristol Bus Station in approximately 10 minutes on foot.
By Car
Queen Square is in central Bristol with clear signage from the M32 and M4. Nearby car parks include Trenchard Street Car Park and the NCP on Nelson Street. On-street parking is limited but available on surrounding roads with pay and display meters.
Accessibility
Our office building has step-free access via a ramp at the main entrance. A lift provides access to our second-floor suite. Accessible toilets are available on our floor. If you have specific access requirements, please mention them when booking so we can ensure everything is prepared.
